• You means the individual accessing or using the Website, or a company, or any legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Website, as applicable.

The claim of the Cancellation and Refund Policy

When can you claim a refund on your order

• A refund can only be claimed on a paid order whose status is either “pending” or “on-hold” as communicated via automated emails from the website.
• Refunds cannot be claimed if there are order modification requests on from your end.
• Refunds can be claimed within 60 minutes of placing an order, provided the order has not been processed. You may check this by calling on the helpline number.
